Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) – 10 Zoll Tablet mit Ice Cream Sandwich auf dem MWC!

Zwar fängt der Mobile World Congress in Barcelona erst morgen an, aber in einer Pressemitteilung hat Samsung schon heute ein neues Tablet vorgestellt. Morgen früh wird Samsung auf dem MWC das Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) zeigen, den großen Bruder des ebenfalls erst kürzlich präsentierten Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Das Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) hat ein 10 Zoll Display mit einer Auflösung von 1280×800 Pixeln, ein 1GHz DualCore Prozessor, 1GB RAM und 16 bis 32GB Speicher. Außerdem ist Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich vorinstalliert.

Die Spezifikationen erinnern euch an etwas? Genau, sie sind fast identisch mit denen des Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N, auch das Design ist das gleiche. Noch wurde kein Preis angekündigt, aber vermutlich will Samsung mit dem Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) ein günstigeres 10 Zoll Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet rausbringen, während sie mit dem neuen, noch nicht offiziell angekündigten Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 den High-end Markt bedienen werden.

Samsung’s new GALAXY Tab 2 series offers optimal multimedia experiences in life

Samsung introduces its first line-up of tablets for 2012 with the launch of the GALAXY Tab 2 series, expanding the choice of tablets to customers. The GALAXY Tab 2 series includes a 7″ version and a 10.1″ version. Starting from UK, the GALAXY Tab 2 series will be launched in global market from March.

The GALAXY Tab 2 series is available in 3G and WiFi versions, as well as in 7″ and 10.1″ variants. Light and portable, the GALAXY Tab 2 (7.0) is the ideal personal on-the-go device; while the larger GALAXY Tab 2 (10.1) is well-suited for home and family use.
